Beauty Belle Pikachu

The world's laziest colour job, ladies and gentleman! I didn't even plug in the graphics tablet for this one and boy, does it show. However a lot of these pencil drawings are a little messy and thus I feel I can get away with this colouring. In keeping with my "Can't be bothered to do detailed colouring, I'll make it look funky instead" uploads today, this is Cosplay Pikachu in her southern belle outfit.
